"No surprise fees when I checked out"
I used Undercover Tourist for our park tickets and it was easy overall. I really liked that the taxes and fees were already showing before I paid, so it didn’t have some weird surprise at the end. The price is what I expected, and the tickets came through fine. I’d use them again.

"Pretty pleasantly surprised"
I booked my tickets through Undercover Tourist for the first time i was a little unsure about entering my card info at first. But the payment process was really simple and felt secure the whole way through. My confirmation came through right away, and I didn’t run into any weird charges or problems afterward. It ended up being smoother than I expected, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Refund was actually easy 🙂"
I was kinda nervous booking because plans can change SO fast, but Undercover Tourist made the refund policy really clear upfront. I ended up having to cancel one set of tickets, it was way less stressful than I expected! They explained what was refundable, the money came back in a reasonable amount of time, and there wasn’t any weird runaround or confusing fine print. I’d definitely use them again :)

I accidentally booked our tickets for the wrong day and thought changing it was gonna be a whole hassle. I sent in a request and Undercover Tourist got back to me quick. They fixed the date without making me redo everything from scratch, which was such a relief. Super easy, no stress, and I really appriciated it.

"Legit Tickets, Just a Little Nerve-Wracking at First"
I was a little nervous at first, but the tickets ended up working perfectly and everything was totally legit. The only downside was that I worried more than I probably needed to before the event. Once we got in with no issues, though, I was really relieved and happy with the experience overall.
